Band blade for mobile saws

They are intended for use on small mobile band saws, for cutting logs into prisms, cabinets or timber. These blades have as their main characteristic the tooth pitch of 22 mm and the HOOK profile, but, adapted to the needs of the client, they can also have other lengths of the tooth pitch or profiles. They can be delivered unwelded, in coils of variable lengths, welded to the desired length, with or without cypress.

A relatively new product on the market are onion ribbon blades with hardened teeth. The thermal treatment (tempering) gives an increased tenacity to the teeth during cutting, a longer life of the blade and, last but not least, a smoother cut surface.
