Circular blade for longitudinal cuts

Circular slitting blades are frequently used for hemming (slitting) along the grain of lumber or blanks.

They can be mounted on single or multiple, fixed or mobile circular saws, choosing the appropriate diameter and number of teeth depending on the thickness and essence of the wood material to be processed.

In cooperation with our suppliers, we have developed and imposed on the served markets a top product intended for use on multiple debit circulars. These are Teflon-coated circular blades whose main characteristic is a longer lifespan due to the Teflon layer with which the blades are covered. The Teflon layer does not allow the body of the blade to overheat during cutting, thus avoiding its deformation.
