Ribbon blade for cards

These wide band blades are intended for industrial use and are used on vertical or horizontal band saws to cut prisms for the purpose of obtaining cards. For high yields and low costs, these blades will cut only prisms or peeled logs. Being intended for a production process that results in a relatively expensive, highly complex product, the manufacturing process of these ribbon blades is quite laborious, which requires special attention. Benefiting from the experience accumulated in over 15 years of activity as well as the most modern machines, our staff is able to produce and/or maintain this type of blade to European standards.
